Neck and Shoulder Release & Consultation
If you’re new to me (Janelle) and Structural Integration, start here. This is a great way for us to meet each other, for you to find out more about Hellerwork and to experience relief in your neck and shoulders.

Fix-it or Tune-up Session
Once you’ve gone through the Structural Integration Series, you can book maintenance sessions as needed. One-off sessions also available for acute discomfort (ie: back pain, etcetera.)
1.5 hours | $220 including taxes
11 Session Series
A transformative process, contained in an 11-session series of deep-tissue massage (focusing on your myofascial system) and movement lessons. Each session is anchored by an anatomical and experiential theme, grounded in a trauma-informed approach.

Fees and Payment Options
My rates are $220 per 1.5 hour session.
Including taxes.
If you are low-income I offer a sliding scale fee.
If you make less than Vancouver’s Living Wage, which is currently $24.08/hour (and/or you make more but have significant extra expenses related to caring for dependents (children, elderly parents, etc)), get in touch and we can discuss a rate reduction.
Payment options
I take pre-payment upon booking by credit card and e-transfer.
Please note: I am a Certified Hellerwork Practitioner. I am not an RMT (registered massage therapist). My training and approach (which uses myofascial release - also described as deep-tissue massage) is focused on alignment and posture.
If you have benefits, check with your benefits/health insurance provider. Some companies cover Hellerwork Structural Integration services but most do not.
